Kelsey Dean, member of the Kappa Omicron chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi, has been selected to recieve the AOII Collegiate Woman of Leadership Award at this year's Leadership Institute.
The Alpha Omicron Pi Woman of Leadership Award is given each biennium at Leadership Institue to women who clearly demonstrate outstanding leadership. While leadership within AOII is considered, it is not mandatory for this award. The nominee is selected based on four areas of leadership: Community Volunteer Involvement, Campus Leadership, Alpha Omicron Pi leadership, and a recommendation letter written by someone familiar with the candidate's qualifications.
