Held June 27-June 29 at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, TN; the weekend focused on building relationships, promoting civic involvement, personal development, and strengthening the AOII bond through ritual, service, and unique sisterhood activities.
One of the most exciting parts about Leadership Institute was the opportunity for each attendee to personalize their conference experience by selecting different educational sessions to attend throughout the weekend. Leadership Institute 2008 provided over 20 different options though four learning paths and brought everyone together for four power sessions led by keynote speakers.
Attendees learned that being In Tune with AOII means being aware of how our personal growth positively impacts AOII as an organization. Each of us has the power to make AOII stronger, one woman at a time!
