Part of AOII's mission statement, "Women Enriched through Lifelong Friendship," ensures that every sister will do all she can to achieve to their best capability. Kappa Omicron is dedicated to making sure that all our members participate fully in their academics and enjoy college. Part of our values encourage striving for excellence always, encouraging innovation and creativity, and being a living example in all that we do.

Academics and scholarship are a key aspect to college life that we strive to uphold. We want each sister to be aware of her academic role, and achieve as best she can. As a house, we offer tutoring, study hours, academic big sisters and other incentives in hopes that everyone does well and maintains a decent GPA. Our Vice President of Academic Development can work with a sister individually to ensure she is getting all the help she needs throughout each semester. She also organizes incentives to reward those that acheive at high standards and work to be at the top.
